Reader Jennifer Lee sent in this video of the fence at the MOE Heritage Centre located at Commonwealth having collapsed due to the heavy rains. Heavy rain triggered flash floods in many areas in the west this morning (Sept 5), closing a section of the Ayer Rajah Expressway.
