criminal bosses arrange these kinds of dinners and gatherings with high level officials to “legitimise” their presence and dealings. they want to be seen and heard in social settings with high officials, especially in a cuntry that is known in the world for zero tolerance on corruption and crime. standing or sitting next to ministars who are supposed to be corruption-free sets up a sexcellent co-opt plus perfect pr to promote their clean and righteous image. these ministar jokers have been made use of, and they have zero clue what’s going on around them? as usual sinkies including ministars are booksmart, but streetstupid.

not surprising the fujian gang must have had injected themselves in goi’s private dinners in order to be seen with pappie ministars. they might have asked and paid for the dinners plus contributing “investments” in goi’s business, just like they did with no signboard seafood in geylang. how cum ministars don’t do homework first with street and yeastern depot intell? when lky was pm there was a file on every who’s who or even “strangers” who just arrived in sg with millions. these ministars are careless. yeastern depot should deal with and fix them.

I attended a wedding dinner. LHL plus a few ministers and MP were amongst the guests. Not easy to go near their table as it was surrounded by bodyguards.
