If you cannot stand the heat in real life, don't pretend to be an opposition candidate in SBF. While the PAP MPs, WP MPs and candidates, SPP MP and candidates, RP candidates are walking all over Singapore, you are hiding here sucking your thumbs. You are so going to get elected at the next election, I'm sure .... NOT. Because of you, Tampines GRC will not even get NCMP seats.

Agree. If anyone can survive staying in the forum, it's a medal in itself.

However, I don't see why anyone cannot take the heat, as we are all using nicks after all.

Unless the person uses the real name and is known in both face and identity, because some jokers will go on to reveal private matters, home addresses and even stalk people to their homes and office.

GMS is the only person who uses his real name in this forum.

And he has survived to today. Not bad, not bad at all. :p

As much as I would like to give GMS credit, I wouldn't give such a portfolio credit because you would have to give the same credit to LTB, which I do not want to.

Also, there were others of various affiliation but all against PAP who did the same and who gave up because they realize their families were living with them, so I can understand the fears.

One was a TOC founder who used to be with WP and a moniker here. Once this link was established, some joker who hounded anyone showing the smallest signs of "WP" visited his mum and took photos. Months after the 3-year-long hounding died off, it was LTB's turn to hound the chaps following SDP.

All of the hounded were identified individuals with families. That's the issue and danger. LTB probably doesn't have to worry because he is reputed to have taken on his own family himself.

GE is round the corner,the gov knows there is a lot of bright scholars in SBF and they are trying to steal some ideas here and use it to their advantage...tis is war man a cyber war.;)

i believe i know which incident u r referring to. That person flamed not just one TOC founder, but two, and quite viciously. He also started a blog, which later changed name to a Malay word meaning "Seatown".

Yes, other than signs of "WP", any sign of "TOC" was braying blood. Wanted to mention the "Seatown" link but thought I would leave it since the chap wanted a new start. Anyway while we are at it, the Malay word was first "Shadow" before changing.

We at SBF are being call cyberbullying by SPH and certain website tat i know of...they got it all wrong because some of our kpkb really work and the pap has got spy to check on SBF knowing some bright kids will give away some brillant ideas for them to use in their campaign.:rolleyes:
