Sometime I think those submit late is not interested. They have 1~2 hour to do so. Singapore not big travel from one corner in east to west corner take less than one hour.

I hope the election department will give these old folks more time to complete their papers. Their reaction can be slower due to age and walking through the long corridor can be tiring.
