海外网1月4日电 台湾一架黑鹰直升机2日上午迫降至新北市乌来山区，造成包含台军“参谋总长”沈一鸣在内的8人死亡，5人生还。根据台媒报道，失事飞机的黑盒子已完成判读，初判直升机动力系统没问题，直升机是直接撞山。
据台湾《中时电子报》报道，失事黑鹰的黑盒子已于3日寻获，并立即送到台运输安全调查机构。该机构负责人杨宏智4日表示，黑盒子的信息很清楚，已完成判读，初步确认飞机的动力系统正常，直升机是直接撞上山，问题的关键都在撞山前的30秒，运安调查机构将这30秒的每一个细节完整呈现，“国防部”一看就会知道原因。
杨宏智还说，相关数据以还原计算机图的方式给“国防部”，结果非常精准，现已在办理交接程序，稍晚就会完成，之后再由防务部门对外说明。

UH-60M黑鷹直升機2日在新北宜蘭交界山區失事，軍方3日上午7時挺進山區尋找「失事殘存飛行資料紀錄器FDR」（黑盒子），並於10時40分尋獲，送往國家運輸安全調查委員會釐清肇因，運安會今天下午已正式將相關資料移交給國防部。
運安會官員透露，將會把機械維修超限以及設備異常晶片卡交回原廠解讀，只要能解讀，就可以100%知道到底發生什麼事。
運安會官員說，這張晶片卡裡面有很多重要參數，包含各項機械有無異常和操作是否異常的紀錄。
運安會官員也表示，目前雖然能80%排除機械的因素，但還是有20%的機率；天氣的部分從黑盒子的內容來看，看不出有亂流的跡象，也可以80%到90%排除下沉氣流的機率。
至於有沒有可能是人為因素，運安會官員指出，這部分還需要近一步分析才會知道是否有人為因素影響。
另外，運安會官員也表示，國防部希望請運安會利用3D動畫的方式還原現場。
