How many of the average of about 13,000 new citizens yearly over the last 10 years, bought HDB flats as PRs before they became new citizens? (see HERE).

PRs can only buy resale flats, no? If that's the case they are not fighting for new flats. The only problem is that they might cause the property prices of resale flats to go upwards. That's all. So why bother with how many flats PRs are occupying?

The HDB is pegging the price of the new flats to that of the resale price f the old flats. That's why it will affect you, bodoh!
