You are an idiot. If you have been zapped 16 points, you should look for someone with 32 or 33 power. When you zap, the other party suffers only 1/2 your power, rounded down to the lower whole number.

Only when you up will the other party enjoy your full power.

Why would I know? If people don't like the topic, they will zap you. I have been zapped by Leongsam himself before, for upping the points of Maximillian Chua-Heng and announcing my actions only.

I learnt thereafter that my behaviour was unacceptable and I never repeated the same mistake.
