DSTA is offering jobs with lucrative pay to successful applicants to mass surveil every person who lives in Sinkieland. In addition they are required to acquire sensitive and top secret intellectual property belonging to companies of interest. (Remember the case in which a company which has connections to the Ministry of D. copied the intellectual property of a prominent doctor and when sued by the latter, claimed to have created the design itself?)
