The letter of condolence is nothing but a standard template to show they care. The worse condolence came with sarcasm from PAP when JBJ passed away.

Back in those time, it was environmentally friendly to sweep everything into the drain & then it flows into The SINgapore or Kallang River or any rivers here. We can see from the picture he 'contributed' to the pollution, in which later he commissioned P.U.B. to clean the rivers... ha ha ha ha
