The group photo was staged outdoor next to the Istana building instead of the usual indoor staircase to convenient LKY to drop off and leave within 3 min!
The car was parked like 10m from the group photo location.
LKY walked slowly to meet the grassroot rep from Tg Pagar for the group photo. After the group photo he shook hands with Indranee and one or two grassroot people before being whisked away. Given the opportunity, he would have stayed longer to greet the people in the group. He walked back slowly to his car and took sometime to get into his backseat. Well, hats off to him, at least he made it a point to come for the photo taking which has become an annual event despite his weakness.

Nice try. From what I see, its all CGI effects. A photograph of him from maybe two to three yrs back, cropped and superimposed. He is supposed on a ventilator with tubes sticking out of his body right now.
