PEASANTPORE: With reference to global corporate transparency norms, there is certainly some dodgy bipartisan business between the regime's town councils and a shady IT setup AIM. However Lackey Teo tries to use Quantum Mechanics Uncertainity Principle to claim the following that might have secured him the Nobel Prize.....
'It is uncertain to suggest that the transaction to provide computer services to the regime's Town Councils by the shady company, Action Information Management Pte Ltd (AIM) owned by regime's lackeys, was improper or disadvantageous to the opposiion run slums.'
Coordinating Chairlackey of the regime-owned town councils, Toxic Bonds Dr Teo Pin-Pin made bold Quantum statement in his latest silly rebuttal to comments made by Labour Sylvia Lim, the Chairlackey of the rebellious and unrepentant Aljunied-Hougang Town Council that has been classified as a slum by regime's watch dog.
Labour Lim asked the pricky question why the computing and financial system developed by regime-managed town councils was sold off to a third party at a sweetheart price. The third party is a small shady IT setup owned by 3 former Peasants' Representatives aka MPs. To add salt to injury, the town council will pay the 3 former lackeys to use the software.
Toxic Bond Lackey Teo explained that the 14 Town Councils work closely with one another to derive economies of scale for the benefit of their peasants - in theory. In effect, consolidating such works will effective raise the approval limits to another fat cat who will simply sign and stamp 'Approved' as compared to some of the 14 Town Council peasants who will question the vendors' setup.
As Lackey Teo cleverly noted, the town councils wanted to consolidate their software rights in a single party which would manage them on their behalf with less questions asked, as recommended by corrupt and inept Deloitte and Touche Enterprise Risk Services who was recently fined for various dodgy book-keeping exercises. The Big 3 firms are well known for their corrupting culture for they usually say what customers want to hear if book-cooking is permitted.
Lackey Teo explained allowing each town council hold Intellectual Property rights to the software was cumbersome and inefficient for dodgy deals because some naive but upright peasants in those council would have blowed the whistle.
Apointing a trusted fat cat would then be able to undertake negotiations with the IT vendor, facilitate any software upgrading or maintenance, and cope with any constituency or personnel changes in the town councils with the understanding that the fat cat will receive a fat cat stipend.
So when the tender was advertised on 30 June 2010, five companies collected the tender documents.
Only AIM submitted a bid as it was formed by 3 former Peasants Representative aka MPs.
Former lackey Chandra Das, Chairneh of Action Information Management Pte Ltd, said: "KNNCCB, you go to Neh-Neh land, such practice are commonplace. Together with my chums, we form AIM to participate in the tender knowing other companies would not do so because of the stupid fees involved and the hints given that we will be favoured. The sums involved in this dodgy transactions are modest because our aim is to fix Labour Party's Town Council and that is priceless. But as a pro-regime company, we wanted to be helpful to the regime's Town Councils and make life difficult for Labour lor. So we were ready to take on the thankless task and submitted the proposals to help the Ruler Loong achieve his goal of fixing the opposition, don't understand go take your PSLE ok?!"
Lackey Teo AIM's main aim is to fix Aljunied Town Council and the other costs are immaterial. Lackeys who effectively balked Labour Party's town council will be rewarded. AIM succeeded in its KPI and managed to force Aljunied Town Council to be labelled as 'inept' after it was unable to use the software to close its books for the annual audit. Left with little choice, Labour Party has to use new media to highlight the dodgy dealings and plots by regime's lackeys to fix political pariahs.
