STOMPer Adam witnessed a man lying in the middle of a traffic junction this morning (Oct 22) between Serangoon Ave 2 and Serangoon Ave 3.

Adam said:

"This incident happened this morning (Oct 22) at about 8.30am. Here the police can be seen pulling the man up.

"The man appears to be drunk as he was resisting the police officers."
