SMRT should be the one in hot soup, not Hossan Leong
Hossan Leong has been ticked off for reporting on air that the Circle Line was down before SMRT officially reported it. To me, the issue is what the heck took SMRT so long to notify the public in the first place, such that Hossan beat them to it.
