Oh dear, oh dear. If that is true, how do our local graduates stand against foreign graduates? Does it mean we need more foreign talents because there is such a perception in Singapore? Maybe Singaporeans require more retraining, regardless of their university qualifications, to stay economically relevant. This recession is a good opportunity for Singaporeans to receive retraining and reduce their chances of being unemployed over a foreign talent who is more relevant.
