'You just made up a story': Taxi driver lies to avoid taking blind passenger and her guide dog

Kathryn Beaton, her guide dog Zeke and another visually impaired friend were trying to get a cab home after visiting the Lort Smith Animal Hospital last Wednesday night.

But when the driver arrived and saw the dogs he started making excuses, a regular occurrence according to Beaton.
