Sir Buzz. the video is just a promotion of that place so people will pay high price yearly to maintain that place if they put their decease there.
However, i disagree on that part they claim that by putting your decease there, they will be peaceful and serene.
To die peacefully is not about where you are put after your death but what you do when you are living.
If you are virtuous and lead a pure life, no matter where you are buried or not even buried, you will die peacefully.
