The shipyard claims that they were about to install a second gangway when the accident happened. Question: were they flouting safety regulations when allowing operations to happen when the number of gangways (three? four gangways needed?) is insufficient?

Sounds fishy and suspicious like the SMRT's claim that they were about to implement a $25 pay rise for their drivers when the strike happened.

we could have done better..... (but who cares as long as every month see cpf statement already happy like fark.....)

"PM: Accident serious, but could have been worse" quote "ASIA lumpar 1"...:p sounded like my manager, when the organization was reporting a "whale" of a profit....and ask " why the bonus still the same as last year"..."it could have been worse"..

:p
