A wonderful report. Usually when senior US officials visit countries they would raise concerns about some domestic issues. Thus, when Obama went to Myanmar he raised the issue of the Rohingyas. It seems that S'pore has no domestic issue that concerns the Americans enough for it to be raised by a visitor such as Biden's stature. Thus, it's an A+ report card.
