Jobless man charged with murdering wife in Sengkang flat...Another Foreigner?

An unemployed man was charged in court on Friday with the murder of his wife at their Sengkang flat.

Lee Show Fui, 32, is alleged to have caused the death of Madam Tang Shifang, 37, a coffee shop assistant, at their home in Block 441B Fernvale Road between 9am and 3.58pm on Wednesday.

The prosecution applied for Lee to be remanded at Central Police Division.

Asked if he had anything to say to the application, the bespectacled Lee - clad in a green polo shirt and blue bermudas - said aloud: 'I did not murder my wife.'
