I need to ask something, there is this FL i know, anyways she wants out of
the business and wants to look for a proper job.

The problem is she cannot list job experience as "FreeLancer", lol

So my question is does anyone know where to purchase job references here
in our country, basically to state she worked somewhere else and she is just
moving on, essentially wiping clean her FL work experience.

Would also prefer if someone has actually used the service before.

Please don't judge me for asking this question because i believe everyone
deserves a second chance in life.

You can write anything you want as work experience. Even volunteering, an attempt at entrepreneurship or taking a sabbatical leave can be included in the CV.

Instead of stating FL, can always substitute that with 'government undercover agent.' No further questions asked.

You cannot list sabbatical when you are jobless. Sabbatical are granted during an active employment.
