Nowadays criteria for a management post is different frm old times, wat is company looking for in u?????????? other than paper frm school, other thing like ur conduct, u need a referee....... many thing else.......

Would you yourself employ someone who has to juggle work and studies and also think that this employee might not be able to work flexi hours?
How much do you think you would pay for such an employee then?
