Hi: Believe it or not but I made a purchase there too! I've asked the developer to let me know if any S'poreans bought any unit but they have told me no so far. Which unit did u buy? How can I contact that group of S'poreans? Thanks.

Its a large scale development spread over 15 years.... a small town is coming up nicely with a 5-star hotel in 5 years.... the club house is almost ready... semi-d of 240 sqm (2,400 sq ft) is selling at RMB2.9 million... about SGD600,000...

Its a good place for retirement... a small group of sgporeans already living there.. you might want to make a trip there and contact the group...
