I concur with you, dont really understand and dont have a good impression on this man. Read somewhere he with his son survived the tsunami when it hit the maldives where they're holidaying but suffered spine injuries and will be retiring from acting for good, something to that effect. Somehow I'm still reading he's still acting if not in the acting business.

He is a few good man in movie industry, humble and he was also the 1st person to fly into Si Chuan with the medical aid and logistic to the victims during the earth quakes.

Yeah, I read it somewhere at that time but I think the version from entertainment news should probably be more accurate. He injured his foot as he protects his daughter from tsunami waves that flooded the hotel he's staying. Not too sure any new film coming from him, his last martial arts film is supposed to be the one titled "Fearless" or something like that. One thing for sure is this man is a very rich man since making it to the Hollywood.
