Two years after the tsunami which devastated parts of Japan's coast nearly 400,000 tons of debris is still drifting across the Pacific Ocean.

Shattered homes, fishing equipment and furniture is washing up on the far western shores of Canada and the United States.

Coastal communities want more help to clean up.
