I see nothing wrong with our National Flag and what it embodies.

Its the people who betray what it stands for that should be brought to task.

Betrayal would include selling out the country to foreigners, giving away PR's and citizenship to all and sundry without regard to their contributions or negative impact on locals, losing billions of dollars in public funds from investments in failed banks, child care centers, industrial parks ect2, allowing the government (and therefore public owned) bank to cheat citizens via sale of complex structured notes that became worthless...................................

Your design is getting close, but it is too obvious, like rojak.
You should integrate it to make it cohesive.
Extend the orange, white and green background color to the whole flag.
No need the red background.
Do away with the white outermost circle of the pappies logo.
Surround the pappies logo with the crescent moon.
Then include the pinoy logo inside the green background area, just below the pappies logo.
Done.

Take original flag, add a $, which represents what our government represents
The red part stands for citizen
Blue part stands for FT which is about 25-30% of the population. Blue part should grow as more FTs comes in
