Tiong tourists are pests wherever they go. Especially the bumpkin types from poorer provinces.

Japan is overtouristed. The tourists have taken over all the attractions, amenities, restaurants, bars, even ski resorts in Hokkaido. There's a clash of cultures, of customs, of etiquettes. The locals don't want tourists, Chinese or European or Asian or American.

But what's going to suffer are the tourism related businesses - hotels, F & B, airlines, inbound tour agencies, etc.
