please lah.. talk so much.. living in singapore is a liability and having your pap govt is a liability too.

but sinkies are too ball-less to overthrow something that is a liability.. so they get screwed into following any laws the govt created as in when they wanted.

if you have a govt who created law as they want, that is a liability.. why live in a country like that? to leave sinkieland is an asset in itself, check out the emigration folder and chat with the first world ex-sinkie in Australia.

Simple test….walk into any bank and tell them you want to use your HDB as collateral although it is fully paid or use any equity to get a second mortgage.

I would personally think that it is important to own only one property here which is the HDB flat
