Presidential candidate Dr Tony Tan readily admits he may not win come Polling Day, but he says he has to give it his best shot.
Speaking at his lunch-time rally at the concourse of UOB Plaza on Wednesday afternoon, he said he considered what he had to sacrifice before making the decision to contest in the presidential election.
"It was not an easy decision to give up jobs in GIC, SPH which I love, (and) give up my privacy to return to public life. But I know this was the right decision.
He knows he will return to GIC and SPH if he is not elected.
Do you think so?
