Shareholders. This is public info (at a small fee), with lastest annual return compliance.
But no guarantee, as shareholders can masquerade under nominees. Like hiding behind wife, mistress, family or cronies

Go to BizFile, and pay small fee online with plastic (or leg it to kiosk).it ask for user name and password

Unless you have something to hide, then you do not use ACRA!...which require your sing pass....:roll eyes: I have used that often, if your company or organisation uses ACRA often in their line of work..."you can slip in your enquiry" & get that result & remove it from company's file...who knows!?
You really that desperate, use your " law yao"...aks LAWYER..pay a fee & do a SEARCH & really, really, that serious...call "Magnum P.I."!!
i dont think the user name and password refer to singpass?
you need singpass to extract info lah.

3. What is the processing time for a Business Profile?

lawyer charges $30 for simple search done by their clerk..... you do it self with ACCRA itis $5--- dun know if increased bynow
