why there is no investigation? is there any cover up by SAF?

I do encountered bully when I was in my NS, but just too bad for the encik and cpl because they didn't know I practice Karate, judo and wing chun. these two got beaten up by me, for me I got demoted - I don't fuck care because I am only a NS boy, my ROD imminent. I am Small built, 5' 4" but my policy always an eyes for an eyes, endurance has limit no point of giving so much of sweet talk.

There are some SAF chief clerks or PAs: sour puss lau aunties who think they are a big fuck.
