All other secondary sale properties have drastically dropped In prices.


Local Msians buy other local units or these "International Units" at local prices,... Via Auctions,... Private treaty,...


The extremely poor management aids the deterioration I prices, sentiments.

Not to mention in 2013 the exchange rate was about 2.5 and now is 3.0 - 20% loss on forex even if price in MYR is the same.

Iskandar for flippers is dead.

For people who invest long long term, it's still good.
Yes agree, those flippers will be badly burned.
For long term investment, buyers are spoilt for choice and can really bargain down hard.

Also note that the 2 major shopping mall in town, Country Garden and Princess Cove, already completed several months back but there is still no signs of retails doing shop fitting out renovations. Not a good sign.

Indeed, I hv a friend who bought and relocated to live in Horizon Hill. He runs his S'pore and Manila offices via the net. He commutes to Sg when necessary and chooses his time to avoid the jam.

Singapore is not the center of universe, that we should central our life in, unless your businesses and logistic Centres around here. Then you are not different from the JIHU Kia riding into Singapore as and when.

My friend even open a call centre in Philippines and do their telemarketing into Singapore. Why not ?
