Want to ask the experts here why isn't there a soup kitchen buffet concept in the heartlands? For example the kitchen cooks for about 100 pax for lunch and dinner and the diner can either eat in or take away for $10 unlimited servings...2 carbs, 2 veg, 1 meat and 1 soup buffet style..this is beneficial to the elderly and under privileged as well
