The big question is ..Was the CEO informed of the stalling engine problem of the said plane.???

Did he approved the go ahead for the return leg ( Shanghai-Sin) after only four hours of checking.??

Can the passengers on the return leg sue SIA for putting their lives in danger .?

Was their safety being compromised..???

These are important questions that need to be addressed...

The incident happened on Saturday.
ST reported only on Thursday.
What was covered up?

SIA pilot can fly and landed plane with both engine stall... It show that how well the CEO had train tham...:D

MAS pilot cannot control a plane when both engines working well...

It is a serious incident and the news report did all to tone down. I guess all passengers have been checked to gauge risk of lawsuits. Imagine the plane only has 2 engines there is no other way if the engines don't start. I am surprised Airbus went the way of Boeing to switch to two engine for a330 thinking a340 still have 4 engines.
