Visible ones are always on the National TV. School dialogues? Hmm... conversation with the students? Well, can be entertaining as well, don't you think? That "What do you think" entertainment cannot be forgotten easily!

PAP has been doing dialogue sessions in the heartlands, sometimes schools etc all along. Nothing new here. The more adventurous ones are now on National TV which is why it is now worth more mentioning. That is what the hoohaa all about now because the new stage has been set on the National TV.

Having said that, whether it is in heartlands, schools or National TV, it is meant to be a political exercise of soft selling policies. Don't expect PM or ministers to say that they will go back and rethink about their policies during the show! A political dialogue, there will be a two way flow of ideas. A political talk show, sometimes there will be (most of the time only if there are opposition representation there.) but most probably just a soft sell session.
