Yep, its tough to differentiate the bullshitters from people who actually know.
the 1st remedy that comes to mind is a liquid gasket sealer, but to claim that it will seal it for good by adding into engine oil is pure bs. after a couple of weeks, the engine will leak but not as much. may be a drop here and there instead of a streak of oil. i've used it several times and seen the effects on many types of vehicles. the results were all similar. it is useful as a stopgap so you can have the luxury of time to replace the oil pan gasket, but it is not a permanent solution. don't bs here. you're now being exposed as a fraud and you just got caught blowing the horn.
