Some get into parliament through loop holes by selling their souls (viz GRC system of elections (see quote below)). For every seat they are guaranteed, an opposition candidate loses his chance.

I just won 4 NDP 2014 preview tickets from online balloting. I never had any intention of attending anyway. I want to earn some quick bucks from selling them online. Is it illegal to do so? What is the market rate nowadays for each ticket? And which website should I go to sell them?
