By 2030, foreigners will take up 50% of the population. Add the new citizens and that makes native citizens who sacrifice for NS the minority. The government wants the minority native Singaporeans to defend foreigners and new citizens who did not lift a finger for the country's defence. Native Singaporeans end up being discriminated by employers for NS liabilities, start work 2 years late and paid a pittance for their sacrifice while foreigners and new citizens gain from our very sacrifice. Is this fair?​

Honestly speaking it isn't even talking about fairness or unfairness. In sg's context the govt does whatever it pleases. So what if it's unfair?


Since when has the laws of singapore ever been about what's fair or unfair or about logic?

Hey Sinkies do NS, Reservists and contribute to the growing of reserves. These reserves are now used to subsidize and entice new FTs to come to Sinkapore. In times of war, these FTs will be the first to run whilst Sinkies have to defend the country. Tell me why it is better to be a Sinkie in Sinkapore again??
