There is no best. In fact there are many ways to cook a delicious Hokkien mee, some are dryer, some are wetter and depend a lot on the gravy or ingredients while some has wok hei burnt smell almost like Cha Kway Teow already.
from ECP, exit Siglap Rd, turn right to upper East Coast Rd then short distant turn right to open car park,
cross over the coffee shop.
From Katong, from Bedok or from other side of Siglap Rd, look for east coast Rd then Upper east cost Rd.
