Now of late...we have this "train is coming jingle"...wtf!, when I first heard it...it should be "money is coming...."

my mind substituted that irritating jingle with " stormbringer coming..." by Deep Purple..

why can't we travel in peace..damn irritating!

I can't stand the "mind the gap" announcement. This fucking reminder is grammatically wrong in the first place. It should be "mind your step", or "beware of the gap", or "caution when getting on and off the train" or something like that.

But the most irritating announcement of all is the one that asks you to report suspicious persons and activities. WTF. What is a suspicious person? Someone with pink hair? An NSmen travelling during lunch hour on a weekday? The PRC women talking loudly on her handphone? This is the dumbest announcement of all and it really either panics all the tourists or makes them laugh at how paranoid this place is.

Sent my car for repair and took the train to work this morning. Whenever a train approaches, they would blast a irritating cartoon song on the PA system that goes, "Train is coming, train is coming....!" KNN! Since when did they had this? Really gets on my nerves man! :oIo:

I dont mind they put this PA system singing the train is coming song. But how much our taxpayers money are used to put all this senseless singing in all MRT stations?

Another $100 million dollars and suddenly need to increase budget and up the budget to $400 million dollars?

Lots of money are used for senseless and useless crab but not used the taxpayers money to increase the budget to be used on like upgrading for more jobless Singaporeans or Singaporeans who had earned more than $1700 and they want to upgrade themselves.

I think the PAP thinks the taxpayers money are their own money and used it for anything they want.

Next time the PAP might get creative and sang "the bomb is coming, the bomb is coming, the bomb is coming, say your last prayers and hurry to heaven."

Or "put on the condom, put on the condom, put on the condom, and saves your own lives and others."

I'm waiting for that songs to be sang in the near future.
