an expert told me today...the secret lay in the seed.
chemical chain from the seed released slowly to ripen the meat.
but then again, if all mango got seeds, why some mangoes still sour?

kept a bundLe of sLow burning joss sticks for the next 7 days.

in modern..i used red apples or uncook rice to ripe the fruits.
