Received a letter from my bank that my internet banking was hacked after 3 unsuccessful login and was locked
I did successfully login for some payment around the date of the hack

The letter stated 3 option to change the PIN, 1. through ATM, 2. visit any branch, and 3. requests through the attached form mailed to them, they will mail back with the PIN.
Wondered even if can login the banking account, able to can see the account sum, but to do any transaction, still needs to activate 2FA, a Secure2U for the transaction to take place

Just visit a bank branch. Try to go a bit earlier, in the late afternoon there is usually a swarm of old farts coming in.

I did login to make a payment on the day, I am not aware how the hacker logged for 3 unsuccessful attempts, only informed by from the bank then aware of the hack, reported to bank's CSO of the incident.
very impt to scan your computer for any spyware or viruses

Called the bank's CSO and confirmed the my internet banking is locked due to 3 unsuccessful login attempts. I did make a successful online payment before the account was locked as confirmed with the CSO. I suspected the hacker may used spyware or malware while I did download some app before the attack
