Is there a way to edit the post that is being posted? I couldn't find the edit button.

go to the any of the forum > at the bottom of the page , locate the option "thread display option" > choose your setting here.
if u cannot find that option, it is time to get a new pair of glasses.

Just click Reply on the various posts you want to quote, and they'll be consolidated in the same reply message.
