The loansharks have the address of the 'borrower' so closing account or not does not help. Those targeted have previous dealings with loansharks.

I mean to advertise by SMS or new paper....

Also thought so. There was a previous thread on this. Guess the advertisement become more subtle by not publishing the keywords.
