Couldn't sleep...but don't feel tired leh. Still can work. Really don't know what happen with my biology clock.

dangerous...you can work without your proper sleep for a couple of days...and then something will give way!

please go and see your doctor and perhaps get some sleeping pills to break the cycle...just a few tablets to relax and have a good sleep.

Ok noted. Thanks kopiuncle. Just saw a doctor, he prescribe some sleeping pills for me. But i don't like to take....later become dependent. But guess will have to take it this 1 - 2 days to get some good rest.

Thanks Fishypie, actually i have tried that as well. Doesn't seems to help.
My Dr was saying if i keep having problem getting into sleep due to uncalled for worriness, i will end up as Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
He scares me off. i am perfectly healthy with a happy family and a satifying job. I exercise regularly.
Anyone got experience with what he say GAD?
