I must say you have a good point!
The pappies have done a @#$$%^^& job in allowing in PRCs who mostly can't hold simple conversation in English to save their ilves.
But.. as you have pointed out.. the Pundek's sub-par English is like a world apart from the PRC's English proficiency level.
So, does that mean allowing in more Ah Nehs is having a "lesser evil"?
Nay, I say!! Scrutinize the frigging foreigners who want to come here very very carefully.. be it hard/manual labourers or professionals (so-called).
Only by doing that, can less of these trash cmoe here to take away more jobs from Singaporeans. And when less foreigners are working in SG, then we will eventually see wages rise across all fields, because no more foreigners can take the "below standard of living" pay offered and go home to convert to huge hefty sums of money with SG currency.
Time to put an end to stingy employers who want to cut costs and play the "productivity" name game, while they are in fact, cutting real wages down to the bare minimum, and forcing Singaporeans to accept LOW WAGES because they tell you "the foreigners don't complain, why should you?"
