and CCTV footage, if disputed

I alerted LTA abt a container parked along double yellow lines but they came and allowed the container to be unloaded...... WTF

its a public LTA road
and yes the double yellow lines are painted by LTA and it IS $70 fine

of cos it is not. they have to build the road for their own access and it is probably cross boundary for the front and back rows of shopunits in their own private land called setback distance where they are not allowed to build anything over time.
