For the past month, a shoe shop in People's Park Centre has been subjected to a smear campaign.
Handwritten notes labelling the owner and his staff as cheats have been popping up all over the island.
The notes have been appearing around People's Park Centre and even as far away as Clementi and Bugis.
CCTV footage from People's Park Centre shows a woman, whom the shoe shop staff recognised as an unhappy customer, putting up the notes.
Mr Tan Jiann Wen, 50, who owns the family business, said he was first alerted to the matter on Feb 17.
