Lift the ban on polygamy for Chinese and Indians. Might just help, but it is all dependent on the income!

1/2 price for tertiary education ( applies to all race ) Disagree!!! Must be free tertiary education for all Singapore born CITIZENS ONLY!
Free medical till JC / Poly. Again disagree! Must be free until all Singapore born CITIZENS are adequately employed!
NS to restrict to 1 1/2 years. And for all males & females with full vocation pay!
Reservist training cap to 8 years after ROD / ORD. And for all races & sex!
Ensure most employers ( local / foreign ) hire those who are above 50. Quite difficult to enforce but worth trying the enforcement!

As long as the new govt remove the burden of cost for raising children, the population will bounce back, it might take twenty or thirty years but it will bounce back, but if govt only interested in hanging on by diluting oppositions voices, then the population will just keep on slipping and eventually true born Sinkies will just be a minority!
