Surprised to note from LTK in last night's rally that he managed to reduce S&C for his constituency but keep the maintenance standard high.

Why then none of the PAP TC did so and instead,increased fees.Are PAP taking its constituents for granted?

Heard that HG's S&C has been the lowest for years.Lifts are working and rubbish doesn't pile up right?What extra have PAP TC done to command a higher fee?​

An intelligent and forward-looking Captain will never allow over-loading for it may spell disaster.

No one knows what happen in the seas. So sudden. A squall can turn into a storm.

The Captain should "terminate" the services of all the redundant staff in the interest of the constituents.

Refer them to the CDAC and Fairprice for handouts and vouchers, respectively.
