Frankly i admire the ang mohs better. They openly discriminate but still get more respect compared to the chinese. Does anyone here ever pay attention to the fact that chinese are more benevolent? Nope never! They start to nitpick over every small perceived slight they believe is due to racism. Malays in mudland openly discriminate but few ppl here ever compare the huge contrasts.

Not to mention we have other chinese that agree with these ppl that sg is extremely racist but have no examples to show but still complain that sg is extremely racist. How do you beat that?

Nah i have to bring this thing to light. The way the book is written it's like saying there are more of them in jail cos of racism rather than the simple fact that more of them commit crimes that's why they are in jail.

so you're going on and on and on but what's your solution?

Here's the facts there are rich and poor chinese. OK. There ARE poor chinese in sg too.

In fact if you bother to check the stats you would see that poor chinese in sg would probably constitute the majority or perhaps a significant percentage of the overall poor in sg.

Then again we go back to the prison population in sg.

m&ds and shit skins are the majority.

What does this mean?

Simply put they commit more crimes than chinese and being poor is simply an excuse.

The % of poor chinese does not tally with the % of chinese in jail.

This means that even chinese that aren't rich don't go about commiting crimes unlike the m&ds and shit skins.

Therefore don't give excuses that being poor is a reason to commit crimes. In fact poverty is simply relative. I bet many of the middle class here are poor by rich ppl standards.

Let me reiterate again, check up on the stats. Compare the percentage of poor chinese in sg with the other races in sg. Then compare the percentage of chinese in jails with other races. Chinese that are structually poor don't commit as many crimes as m&ds or shit skins which shows that being poor isn't the excuse here.

great write up here i must say. Poverty isn't an excuse. There are lots of low income chinese families/people in sg but they don't commit as many crimes as m&ds or shit skins.

Next you will need to bring in how "garang" these m&ds or shit skins are.
